Prompt Starts = Early Finish!  For race events the times shown are the last SIGN ON TIME.  This is 15 minutes before the race STARTS.  The five minute gun will be 10 minutes after the time shown.  For example if the sign on time is 10:15 then you must have signed on by 10:15, expect the five minute gun at 10:25 and the race to START at 10:30.
